Relax, unwind and release what no longer serves you. BALANCE Yin takes all the restorative and rejuvenating aspects of a traditional Yin practice to deepen postures and target connective tissue, joints, and ligaments. This class is for those who enjoy a relaxing, detoxifying stretch to restore the muscles and increase range of motion.

RESTORATIVE YOGA

BALANCE Restorative yoga is a passive, meditative form of yoga that allows you to focus on your breath while releasing tension in your body. Unlike other forms of yoga, restorative yoga requires you to hold asanas or poses for an extended length of time, typically 5 minutes or more.

FLOW YOGA

Our signature yoga class is a perfect foundation for beginners while also taking the seasoned yogi to the next level. This revitalizing practice uses functional commands to move students seamlessly through their practice with modifications and progressions available. The series of postures creates a platform to track progress and access inner strength. Flow yoga focuses on both spiritual and physical alignment. This rejuvenating experience encourages students to reach their full potential. All levels welcome!

HOT YOGA

Hot yoga is a style of hatha yoga performed under humid and hot conditions that lead to considerable sweating. People often use the terms hot yoga and Bikram yoga interchangeably, but they are not precisely the same. Hot yoga sessions use many different yoga poses combined in diverse sequences. The average temperature ranges between 80 and 100°F.

VINYASA YOGA

Vinyasa yoga is a creative form of yoga where poses are linked together with the breath in a flowing sequence. The beauty of Vinyasa yoga is the variety. There is no standard sequence in Vinyasa yoga, so the style, pace and intensity will all vary depending on the teacher.

Yoga Sculpt is a unique combination of power yoga and strength training designed to create a full-body workout. Combining traditional yoga poses and principles with strength training and hand weights, this high-intensity workout will leave you feeling stronger, refreshed and uplifted.

Instead of listening to music, you become the music in this exhilarating full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and pilates-inspired movements. This class offers a strength component to movements reflecting every day life, giving us the endurance to live our best lives.

Mobility is the ability to move your joints freely with surrounding tissues allowing movement to happen smoothly.

Think of unloading a dishwasher: bending down and reaching high are things we shouldn't feel difficulty in doing. This class can help those everyday tasks become less restricted and allow you to feel more BALANCED in your body.

It is time to get lean. BALANCE Full Body Sculpt will condition the entire body using lighter weights with higher repetitions. Time under tension results in leaner muscle mass and overall strength and muscle endurance.

F.I.T.-FUNCTIONAL INTERVAL TRAINING

This is a circuit style format with stations focusing on core power, full body strength, cardiovascular endurance and coordination. The combination of these movements develop and reinforce a functional body that will keep you feeling FIT, strong and BALANCED. This workout is customizable with your choice of weights and variations to make it the workout you need for the day!

High-intensity interval training (HIIT), is a type of exercise in which high-intensity exercises are performed with periods of low-intensity exercise or rest.

Welcome to your daily dose of sweat therapy. It's not just crunches! BALANCE Core Focus is a flow-based class in a high-energy environment. Students will sweat through a series of strength movements to challenge limits and experience new breakthroughs. You will always leave feeling better than you came in.

STRENGTH TRAINING

If you have trouble deciding which BALANCE class to try, get a taste of them all in Strength. Designed to improve overall athleticism, this class combines a variety of strength-building movements using resistance equipment and bodyweight. This is the one-stop-shop to your strongest body yet.

BARRE

Barre fitness is a balanced hybrid workout class - combining ballet-inspired moves with elements of Pilates, dance, yoga and strength training. Most classes incorporate a ballet barre and use classic dance moves such as plies, alongside static stretches. Barre also focuses on high reps of small range movements.

STEP CLASS

It involves a sequence of movements that include stepping up, down, over and side to side on a raised platform to enhance strength and cardiovascular endurance.

It predominantly targets the lower body muscles, but engaging your arms while moving will give you a full-body workout experience.

ZUMBA

We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. Super effective? Check. Super fun? Check and check.
