Relax, unwind and release what no longer serves you. BALANCE Yin takes all the restorative and rejuvenating aspects of a traditional Yin practice to deepen postures and target connective tissue, joints, and ligaments. This class is for those who enjoy a relaxing, detoxifying stretch to restore the muscles and increase range of motion.

VINYIN

Vinyin Yoga is a beautifully balanced practice that blends the dynamic flow of Vinyasa yoga with the deep, restorative stretches of Yin yoga. This class begins with a mindful Vinyasa flow to build heat, strengthen muscles, and enhance flexibility through fluid, breath-connected movements.

The second half of the practice transitions into Yin yoga, where postures are held for longer periods, allowing for deep tissue release, improved circulation, and a calm, meditative state. This fusion of yang (active) and yin (passive) energies creates a holistic experience that nurtures both the body and mind.

Suitable for all levels, this class is perfect for anyone seeking both energizing movement and deep relaxation in one harmonious practice.

Our signature yoga class is a perfect foundation for beginners while also taking the seasoned yogi to the next level. This revitalizing practice uses functional commands to move students seamlessly through their practice with modifications and progressions available. The series of postures creates a platform to track progress and access inner strength. Flow yoga focuses on both spiritual and physical alignment. This rejuvenating experience encourages students to reach their full potential. All levels welcome!

Vinyasa yoga is a creative form of yoga where poses are linked together with the breath in a flowing sequence. The beauty of Vinyasa yoga is the variety. There is no standard sequence in Vinyasa yoga, so the style, pace and intensity will all vary depending on the teacher.

Yoga Sculpt is a unique combination of power yoga and strength training designed to create a full-body workout. Combining traditional yoga poses and principles with strength training and hand weights, this high-intensity workout will leave you feeling stronger, refreshed and uplifted.

A ground-based, full-body workout that’s all about core strength, control and precision — no fancy equipment needed! You’ll flow through Pilates fundamentals on a mat, connecting breath to movement while toning, lengthening and building balance. This class offers a strength component to movements reflecting every day life, giving us the endurance to live our best lives.

Mobility is the ability to move your joints freely with surrounding tissues allowing movement to happen smoothly.

Think of unloading a dishwasher: bending down and reaching high are things we shouldn't feel difficulty in doing. This class can help those everyday tasks become less restricted and allow you to feel more BALANCED in your body.

FULL BODY SCULPT

It is time to get lean. BALANCE Full Body Sculpt will condition the entire body using lighter weights with higher repetitions. Time under tension results in leaner muscle mass and overall strength and muscle endurance.

Students will sweat through a series of strength movements to challenge limits and experience new breakthroughs. You will always leave feeling better than you came in.

If you have trouble deciding which BALANCE class to try, get a taste of them all in Strength. Designed to improve overall athleticism, this class combines a variety of strength-building movements using resistance equipment and bodyweight. This is the one-stop-shop to your strongest body yet.

Barre fitness is a balanced hybrid workout class - combining ballet-inspired moves with elements of Pilates, dance, yoga and strength training. Most classes incorporate a ballet barre and use classic dance moves such as plies, alongside static stretches. Barre also focuses on high reps of small range movements.

ZUMBA

We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. Super effective? Check. Super fun? Check and check.

Zumba Toning is the addition of light weights to the movements.
